Azure Acres Treatment Center – Sacramento Iop

Azure Acres, a leader in the treatment of addiction and co-occurring disorders, offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Sacramento, California. This program is geared toward those who are stepping down from care or for those who require more focused treatment than traditional outpatient care. Those who engage in our program will participate in many therapeutic interventions. Individual therapy will be conducted once per week, allowing patients to work privately with a counselor. The main form of treatment at the Sacramento IOP center is group therapy. Throughout their time in IOP, patients will engage in 24 to 30 group sessions, which will cover topics such as grief and loss, denial, self-evaluation, fears and resentments, forgiveness and courage, and gratitude and faith. Family therapy and medication management services are also provided through this program.
