Amethyst Recovery is an accredited facility specializing in addiction recovery services at the levels of medical detox, residential treatment, and day/night treatment. Our intimate, well-run facilities offer dual diagnosis care, promising individualized mental health services for those who may or may not suffer from co-occurring disorders in addition to substance abuse. We accept most major insurance plans, and have employed a CFO with a background in health insurance to assist clients who need help understanding the benefits of their coverage. Meanwhile, uninsured clients will benefit from our competitive rates and sliding fee scale. Addiction does not discriminate by income, and neither do we.A full continuum of care at Amethyst begins with detox. Our state-of-the-art facility employs on-call medical staff at all hours, ensuring continuous supervision for clients in dire straits. After undergoing a personalized detoxification program, clients may enter residential treatment. This two-week stabilization program offers greater access to therapy, with educational courses, free STD testing and a 4-star chef offering seasonal menus approved by a nutritionist. Detox and residential also offer several recreational amenities, including digital entertainment in every room and an ice cream maker in the common area.Available to clients regardless of whether they choose to go through detox, day/night treatment offers an even stronger level of care. In addition to our focus on psychiatric evaluations, medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy, we also provide several forms of holistic care. These include weekly access to massage therapy, as well as complementary biofeedback services and yoga classes. We also offer meditation practices, expressive arts and weekend outings based around sober activities. Our group facilitators further enhance our depth of care by offering education in such areas as addiction science, recovery philosophy, life skills and relapse prevention.Outside of addiction services, we also offer case management services for those facing major struggles outside of treatment. Our hard-working case manager can help clients handle their legal issues, apply for SNAP benefits, or search for jobs and sober living homes for when they graduate treatment. We understand that the world keeps moving while you’re in treatment, and case management is here to help you move with it.At Amethyst Recovery, our staff members possess more than seven decades’ worth of experience in the field of addiction treatment. In addition, many of them have been down the treacherous road of chronic substance abuse themselves. Patients will receive therapy from experienced behavioral health professionals, working under the guidance of a clinical director who has received training in numerous forms of therapeutic intervention. Both our medical director and the director of our day/night program have been working in addiction treatment for over twenty years. While their extensive backgrounds in treating addiction and co-occurring disorders are important, we place emphasis on their first-hand experience battling these ailments.
