Our facilities are private, accessible and comfortable. All clients can experience the privacy and confidentiality necessary to make treatment the experience you want and need. Group rooms and counselors offices are attractive, well maintained and comfortable Program participants come to First Step to resolve a variety of needs related to substance abuse. Clients and patients are referred by families, self-referrals, hospitals, job/employers, attorneys, probation officers, colleges and universities, high schools, DWI, other agencies and many other referral sources. Participating in group session helps clients learn from other group members about the consequences of each others substance use to help each other avoid many of the difficulties experienced by peer group members. If the thought of joining a counseling group is uncomfortable, just let us know. We can work out alternatives to get you started. Family counseling services are also available.
