Azure Acres Treatment Center – Santa Rosa Iop

Azure Acres provides an intensive outpatient program in Santa Rosa, California, for individuals ages 18 and older who struggle with addiction and co-occurring disorders. This program is most beneficial to those who have completed care and those who need more intensive treatment than traditional outpatient programming provides. All patients at our intensive outpatient program in Santa Rose will be provided with a personalized treatment plan that will include therapeutic interventions to meet their needs, including individual therapy sessions, which will occur every other week. Through these sessions, patients can work on their treatment goals and skill development. Three hours of group therapy are also provided during each treatment day. Topics covered through group sessions will include impulse control, healthy communication, relapse prevention, identifying triggers and barriers, and coping with feelings. The average length of stay in treatment at the Santa Rosa IOP center is six weeks.
