Detroit Behavioral Institute | Capstone Academy is a 110-bed residential facility located in Midtown Detroit. Our adolescent treatment programs treat youth with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Our programs for adjudicated youth or youth who have committed criminal acts are for clients who are required to undergo psychiatric treatment and referred by a court or family service agency. Additionally we offer programming for non-adjudicated youth including those who are involved with the Child Welfare system and are under the supervision of the Department of Human Services.
