Four Circles Recovery Center

Four Circles Recovery Center is located in Horse Shoe, North Carolina. This center treats adults between the ages of 18 and 28 who require professional treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. The programming offered at Four Circles is residential. However, this treatment is wilderness-based. This means that the treatment that is supplied is offered through the power of the wilderness. Therapies offered include adventure therapy, family therapy, individual and group therapy, experiential therapy, gender specific treatment, and more. At Four Circles, we can address issues such as the abuse of substances like prescription drugs, alcohol, meth, marijuana, and opioids. Additionally, we can treat mental health conditions like bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and more. Our team is comprised of therapists, a licensed psychologist, a master wilderness guide, field trainers, a recovery coach, and a therapy dog.
