White Deer Run Of Lewisburg

White Deer Run's treatment center Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, provides intensive outpatient programming (IOP) to adult men and women who have been struggling with substance abuse, chemical dependency, and certain co-occurring psychological conditions. Patients typically remain in the intensive outpatient for eight to 16 weeks. Each week, nine hours of therapy will be completed, which will be broken down into three daily sessions, each of which includes three hours of treatment. Throughout these sessions, patients will address topics such as legal system and recovery, relationships and recovery, humor and recovery, and holidays and recovery. If needed, family therapy can be included into a patient's treatment. The intensive outpatient program is offered in a morning track and an evening track, allowing patients to select the option that best accommodates their work or school schedules. This program is best suited for those individuals who require more focused care than traditional outpatient treatment, but who do not need the intensive level of treat ment that is provided via residential programming.
