Cedar Crest Hospital – Iop

Located in Killeen, Texas, Cedar Crest Hospital provides an intensive outpatient program for patients who are experiencing mental health challenges. This level of care is ideal for someone who does not need inpatient treatment or partial hospitalization, but who needs more intensive services than are provided in a traditional outpatient program. The intensive outpatient program in Killeen is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. When a patient enrolls in this program, he or she will undergo an evaluation from a physician to identify his or her treatment needs. From there, a treatment plan will be developed based on his or her needs. The types of treatment that can be included in a patient’s treatment plan may individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, and experiential therapy.
